We needed a place to stay overnight to break up our journey. This was just right for our needs - reasonably-priced, safe, and 24 hour reception so you can arrive anytime. The hotel was quiet and we were happy staying there with children. We would stay again.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Good parking. Terrible mattress, too soft. Not soundproof windows, so busy road in your head all night. Toilet lid don't hold up and fall all the time.
A low cost option for staying near the centre of Epernay.
The room is small, but equipped just fine, with a comfortable bed and welcoming staff.
Breakfast was rolls and croissants on a help yourself basis.
Overall, very good value!
Felt as if effort had been made by all staff as everything very good from comfortable bed and pillow through to neat clean and tidy breakfast presented.
Thanks team.

Nice staff, bathroom stinks of mould
You get what you pay for. The floor of the bunkbed that hangs over your head had bloody snot on it and the bathroom stank of damp and mould. Staff are very friendly. It was only a stopover
The property seemed to be well soundproofed. It was quiet. The public areas especially stairways were dirty. And the rooms were very basic. Not a good reflection on Epernay. We would not book again. The toilet seat was broken.

It was really hard to communicate with the people on front desk as nobody spoke any English. The rooms felt relatively clean, but the showers were filled with other people’s hair, telling me the cleaning standards weren’t great. It was a peaceful night though and okay for an overnight stop whilst driving through France, but not sure I’d want to stay any longer.
Needed a place to stop by enroute to Calais. Great stop as I could visit Champagne for a drink. The place is good enough to crash for a night for the price I paid.
the property was minimalist, efficient and cost effective for international travelers. The staff provided a personal touch.

Nice location
Nice hotel close to town center. You get what you pay for. The room is ok, the bathroom is very tiny but you only use rhe room to sleep in.
Outside they have a small terrace which is nice.
Served a purpose for one night stop over,
Hotel requires a little bit of maintenance as windows could not be locked shut to prevent traffic noise coming into the room.
Convenient & interesting location for travelling back to the UK. Nice to see Rue de Champagne in Epernay. Noisy hotel.

BASIC
This is a VERY basic hotel. Literally just sleep here. Yes it’s clean but our bathroom still smelt. The lady on the reception desk was lovely and very helpful.

Average!
Ok for a flying visit (arrived 11pm and left at before 7am next morning) extremely basic but fairly clean and bed was comfy. Staff helpful. a bit smelly throughout the hotel, musty smoky smelling. Bathroom is like a caravan bathroom, a sort of plastic wet room built into the room as an afterthought.
It was ok for the money and a flying stopover…

The hotel is located at the outskirts of the town so you have to walk a bit to get Downtown. Unfortunity it is close to the railway on one side and a rather busy Road on the other which gives a little bit of noisey environment during the day and night.
