Staff was polite. Hallway was in disrepair. Room appeared to have black mold in at least one corner. VERY little noise insulation between rooms. VERY loud fellow patrons.

It was my son's birthday and the staff was extra kind. We loved the room with the view. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working in February 2026 and the pool was cold. We did like playing in the game room and the proximity to the art museums.

First off I want to give a special shout out to Eric! He assisted us so well in every way possible. I also didn’t expect it to be such a nice condo complex but I was so impressed by the rooms, amenities and the workers. Will definitely be coming back very soon!
