Everything was perfect, from pulling into the car park, after spotting the well appointed clear sign sign and being greeted by the person that I assume was the owner. Then being shown to my room after explaining where everything is and breakfast times. The room (No. 6) was a nice size, very clean and tidy, lovely view of the mountains. I stayed for 2 nights, the bed was comfy but a little soft for my liking. Breakfast was very nice... lot's of options I had full "Cairngorn" breakfast which was perfectly good and served really quickly. Staff were superb, polite, attentive, courteous..... couldn't fault, would highly recommend..... and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Perfect stay

Lovely staff, great room with very comfortable beds and proper sheets. Wide selection of breakfast served, and all of it was delicious. Will definitely come back and stay here next time I’m mountaineering out of Aviemore.

Excellent hospitality! Breakfast was phenomenal! Only a couple things…a hair dryer would have been helpful and we didn’t get replacement toilet paper one day, but we had extra with us. Appreciated the recommendations of places to see! Would stay again!

A lovely guest house in the Cairngorms

This is a lovely guest house - very well appointed and comfortable. The owner is extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Travelers arriving on the train should note that the guest house is approximately 6/10 of a mile from the train station. It is not a difficult walk but could be trying in bad weather.

We really enjoyed our stay in the family room at Cairngorm Guest House. Super clean and comfortable with an incredible breakfast service included before we headed out for a day of adventuring! We really appreciated the drying room at the property after our brief and rainy visit! Parking was a bit tight, but adequate, so we loved that there were several dining options in walking distance too!

Warm welcome from the host Mark who provided us with all the info we needed for our stay. Room was very clean, nicely decorated and had all we needed. Our only issue was that the room was small and there was limited space for our suitcases. Breakfast was spot on! Good quality food served to the table. Good value for money.

Lovely Aviemore Guest House

Large guest house with ample parking. A lovely room with excellent facilities. Great shower pressure in our en suite. The place seems to have been recently decorated and looks great. Very efficient breakfast service.

We had such a lovely stay at the Cairngorm Guest House! Staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was delicious with excellent variety of choices. The warming room was handy for drying our clothes after wet adventures in the park. Would definitely visit again!

Lovely and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and the whole place was beautifully done. Staff were friendly and helpful. Owner greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, porridge was the best I had tasted. Over all a great night sleep. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.
