2/10 Terrible

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was very dirty — the rugs looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time, and overall cleanliness was poor. To make matters worse, there was a leak coming from the ceiling in my room. I called the front desk, and two staff members came to look at it and said they would check on the issue and come back, but nobody ever returned or followed up. The pool area was also disgusting and clearly not well maintained. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

10/10 Excellent

"Arrival and checking went flawless. Very little was lost in translation with front desk and staff. The young lady that was taking care of breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and had a variety of selections. Parking went flawless and I felt very safe on the property. Just 1 little thing. The side door was always kept open didn't need key to access side door. Other than that thr stay was definitely worth the price."

"The hotel is very close to the airport but it is hidden behind another hotel. They have an indoor pool and the lobby is very open and friendly with TV's, fun chairs, foosball tables, and breakfast is included in your stay. Their soaps smell very good and the view is of the woods which is nice."
