Check in process was terribly. Very unhelpful staff. Parking was confusing and very beyond expensive. Workout room was smothering hot and not all of the machines worked and the floor was dirty. Very disappointing stay.

Hotel Indigo Austin Downtown - University by IHG
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were great too. Only downside? The cost to park but that’s Austin for you.
