"I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. I ended up speaking to the manager the next morning and he was extremely rude. He told me if I wasn't happy about the sheets, I should have just went to a new hotel. Mind you this happened at 10pm when I noticed the blood. He was very dismissive and said he couldn't do anything to help me. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Do NOT go here!!"

"This particular Fairfield inn is really nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. An example is when I got up at 3 am even though coffee is usually made at 4 am the person at the front desk went ahead and made a pot for me. It was very nice and I appreciated it. This hotel is in excellent condition, only a few miles from the airport, close to a lot of eateries, and the price was very reasonable. Guys, your wives will love you more if you choose this place!"

"As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room."

"The room was still under renovation and most of the amenities were missing. The bathroom and sink areas were not cleaned. We did NOT stay the second night. It would be great to get a refund of some type for the night we had to find a new hotel. Not happy "
