Overall good customer service and clean rooms with all essentials provided. Also very good breakfast buffet and the breakfast morning staff is very attentive and prided excellent service! Also good location and close to all.

The Hotel is good and it's in prime location we enjoyed our stay the staff was very humble and courteous. We travelled with our kid but he couldn't access the swimming pool due to time restriction of only 1 hour every morning and evening. It was disheartening to see that the hotel management had outsourced their pool for swimming classes and so there was chaos in the pool during the evening timings when our kid wanted to enjoy the swimming. Hope they allow their guests to use the pool during the day and night time when it's free of the chaos of swimming classes.

VITS Aurangabad should be your first preference!!

VITS Aurangabad is a Fantastic hotel to stay . It’s approximately 500 meters from the Railway Station . The food served here is very Good. Even the Breakfast served had different options everyday. We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay here .

Great hotel, horrible travel desk.

Great hotel and great staff. Travel desk is AWFUL though. Very disappointed. Took us to the caves, & then told us a person Ali would walk us down to the entrance. Turns out he didn’t work for travel desk. He was walking us straight into his shop. Driver kept pressing us to buy things at other “friends” of his even though we kept saying no we are on a time constraint! Then told us that the ride to the airport was free, and at the drop off told us we had to pay 500 rupees!! If you want travel services and a hotel, this is not it. That being said, the bar and restaurant employees are stellar. The room was nice. Rakesh and Milind has our every need met they were wonderful!!!

On check in we are told that they only had a twin room not a deluxe king as booked and paid for. They assured us they would change our room following day. Room decor was very grubby painted walls with numerous scuffs, the privacy window & blind in the shower room was mouldy. The room we were allocated on day 2 was slightly better but the floors were damaged and the walls scuffed. Unfortunately the marble in bathrooms of both rooms was grey and black with marbling and looked grubby , unfortunate choice of decor colour. Rooms quite dated and in need of a good freshen up. The pool area had no sun longer or chairs. The entrance lobby, bar & restaurant were of a much better standard and restaurant & bar staff very pleasant.

Good option, but not the best hotel.

Wifi way too slow or not working must of the time. The rooms are a little bit underattended, with humidity and old. But overall it was one of the best optiona in Expedia for booking in Aurangabad

Hotel basically sucks!

Provides only one towel. No internet unless you use an employees personal phone number. Carpet seams exposed and taped over, wrinkled and torn. Would not provide transport from airport to hotel as advertised. An out dated and never upgraded 1950s hotel. Where paint was applied it is splattered on a date mess. Maybe a step above a youth hostel. They didn't seem to care as to if the customer mattered!

A most pleasant stay

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were neat, clean and comfortable, and having a sofa near the window was great. Service was very good. There were minor problems such as A.C. temp control which were attended to promptly. The ambience and food in the dining area were good, however we felt that they could have done with some more waiting staff. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Overall we were very happy, and will surely visit again!

excellent place to stay in aurangabad

front desk staff especially monika and ashwini were very helpfull. rooms , service, restaurent get an A+. the only negative thing is the very smooth and slippery granite flooring in washroom , lack of full partition between the shower area and toilet bowl, which makes the whole wash room wet and slippery after bathing.
