"Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next day. There was no manager on site to speak to and no one even apologized. "

"Front desk staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Best Western is one of the few hotels that has a reasonable pet fee. I am usually only spending one night on the road with my dog and fees for a place to stay have tripled in the past few years. I hope Best Western keeps doing what they are doing!"
