Hi Amanda, thank you for your compliments on our staff.Firstly we feel sorry to learn about your negative experiences with us during your stay.You booked a Studio and we upgraded you to enjoy this big one-bedroom apartment. Yes, our facilities are not new that's why we don't sell as expensive as others our rate is very reasonable in this competitive market, but we are not poor.We did not receive any heat pump complaints from the guest, who stayed in the same apartment before you. You stayed with us for 3 days, we believe if you asked for assistance your issues including the heat pump and the fork would be handled immediately. If your issue had been resolved during your stay, and you still insisted on giving us a negative review here we totally respect that.We feel sorry to learn about your disappointment, we will continue updating our facilities day by day. Sincerely hope when we have finished the refurbishment and our rate reaches the market standard, you will still be happy to book us again.Have a great day.

However, it is very difficult for us to understand what you meant by "not honest about the parking", did we hide anything from you or did we not tell you anything about the carpark? If you would let us know some detailed information that would be really appreciated. Hi Mark,We feel sorry that our services did not meet your expectations, even though we tried very hard to work out the clean rooms for the guests, we still had no choice but to delay simply because we are fully booked every day, we really sorry for that so we kept two free sparkling waters in your fridge as a gesture saying we are sorry for the delay.The fan in your room is working fine as we tested it before we placed it, but the AC we really need to have a technician come and check it.Again, we feel sorry for the inconvenience, please send us your direct booking inquiry next time, and we will gpgrade your room.

Hi Jean Michel, thank you for taking the time to give us a review.Yes, you do have a view from your spacious balcony to overlook the city, the sky tower, and the harbour bridge.We do simple service every day, full service 3 days in a row, if there is a do not disturb sign on the door we won't provide any service, if personal belongings are in the bed we won't touch the bed.In our housekeeping log your room has every day simple service just like other rooms, you have full service on the 3rd day, and because you did not feel like you were having a service so we particularly did another service in your room even though you were checking out the next day.We feel sorry if our service did make you feel you have one, however, you did have our standard service just like everyone else.

Our top floor apartments are popular for its unique sky tower view, the city view and the harbour bridge view from a distance.We have been updating all apartments it just takes time to complete the project. However, there are some major parts have been updated so far including a large TV set in the lounge, the outdoor furniture and a few of in room furniture.
