I think there must be confusion Mark - I wonder if you have the right motel. This is not true of The Emerald Inn in Takapuna

I think your review is shadowed somewhat by the tension you were under being away from family at this time. I do regret that we were in this situation, but have to say your review is not a fair indication of our property. An unbalanced review which is out of line with others, does not create happiness for the guest or the property. I am saddened by your approach ...and do not understand the logic.
