"I want to give the biggest thank-you to Diana at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine. She went above and beyond and completely turned what could have been a horrible experience into a positive one. Her calmness, professionalism, and patience reassured us the entire time. Not once did she show attitude — she smiled, she was kind, and she was genuinely helpful from beginning to end. My family has been going through an extremely rough year. Our son was recently diagnosed with cerebral ataxia, and my mother-in-law is battling cancer. Stress has been high, and this trip was supposed to give us a little break. Diana made that possible. Her compassion and thoroughness meant more than she could ever know. also to the night, Manager Dylan I believe that’s his name. It was 11 PM when we spoke with them on Saturday night that he was able to fix the issues given us a free complementary night for future visit. We truly hope managers and corporate see this and recognize what a gem they have on their team.
