"Didn’t help at all reached out to them multiple times"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!"

"The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus"

"It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs."

"Cleck was excellent and very accommodating. Room was nice. Missed having an elevator didn't take advantage of breakfast but it looked hood"

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"The room floor and bathroom floor were both dirty with debris just swept or mopped into the corners. I didn’t see a wall that didn’t have dead bugs on it.. There were no clean towel services provided. You had to go to the front desk and then only 2 were provided and those were so paper thin you could air dry faster. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and they at least repaired that. Take your own pillows. The ones provided make airline pillows seems luxurious. You can spend the same money...

"Very nice! Very clean! Great price!"

"This is a very modern super clean facility!"

"small but nice, clean rooms. helpful staff."

"Clean, comfortable, convenient. I had to extend my stay and Alisha at the front desk was super helpful in getting that settled."
