The building was falling apart. On our way out, a ceiling tile fell right next to us! The water park and arcade was nice but everything else was old. We tried eating breakfast at the buffet and the food was covered with flies! Such a mess

I liked how big the rooms were. Also that there were 3 bathrooms. Dislike Internet was horrible. I was unable to connect to my laptop for work. The TV kept looping because it could not connect to the Internet. A stronger Internet signal is definitely needed for this condo. The beds were very low to the ground. The chairs in the dining room were very short. We did not have an ocean front as advertised it was an ocean side. The only view was contruction and a hotel named Oceans not the ocean. We did not have hot water until the middle of the day. Overall the place seems to be a nice facility just needs areas of improvement and not to advertise ocean front when its not a ocean front. Its a ocean side side view.

Our stay was 8/1-8/5/25 as a family of 8.The room itself was fine. Clean 2 Bdrms very spacious and 3 bthrms was nice.AC didnt work in one bdrm but we just lived with it. Communication was quick and efficient.The coffee shop was also very good.That’s where the positives ended.The hotel itself is a trashcan. Not once did I even see housekeeping much less give us clean towels or clean our room.1 of the working elevators def wasn’t working properly. NEITHER had any posted/dated inspection by the fire dept which I thought was required….super sketchy. The one worked sporadically but the doors would often get stuck and it was scary. Then there is the pet issue. Ppl were allowing their dogs to pee/poop on the floor and it was hours or days before it was cleaned. A dog peed in the elevator and someone put a wet floor sign over it at 7 am and we used the elevator at 8 and 9 am and it was still there. Not until we came back from the beach was it cleaned up but the wet floor sign was now thrown on the floor!There was dried dog poop next to an arcade machine when we arrived Friday and it was there until Monday evening.And yes, we mentioned it to the staff. It would be one thing if this were an old AC casino that they fixed up but kept some of the old charm.This was just an old casino that they tried to make an arcade and Waterpark but left all the other parts just dirty and old.I get it’s AC and it’s relatively dirty but this was next level gross.Would not stay again.
