Hello - thank you for your review! Just to clarify, it appears you meant that the sheets weren't changed during your two-night stay? We certainly strip and deep clean all of our check-outs, and put brand new sheets on the beds for every new check-in. These sheets are brought in daily from an outside vendor (Wildwood Linen), so that every room of course gets brand new sheets. We pride ourselves in being fanatical about cleanliness. But if you mean having your sheets changed every day for the same guests in the room, our protocol is to do this after 3 days on stays that are longer than that. For a 2 day stay like yours, we do not change the sheets again, as they are brand new the morning of check-in, as mentioned. That being said, we would be happy to oblige a daily sheet change if this is something that you would like done. Hi, thank you for this very positive review! Just a note for next time, you absolutely CAN pick up your beach tags early in the day on day of check-in, as well as your parking permit. You can also use our pool, changing rooms, and indoor showers if needed while you wait for your room to be ready at 3pm. We want to help you maximize your vacation time, so we provide access to all of these amenities on check-in day, even before the official 3pm check-in time.
