When checking in the clerk seemed upset that we had a service dog and was asking a lot of questions and making statements to make it seem like a pet so we wouldn't stay because no pets were allowed. I expected a little better of an experience because of all the good ratings it had compared to others. I have stayed at lower rated places that seemed better kept up then this place but it was ok for the 1 night we needed it. Breakfast was a huge disappointment, the bagels seemed old and there was only a couple of muffins or hard boiled eggs.

There were hairs and a smudge of blood in the bathroom, rings on the night tables which obviously show that they didn’t wipe them at all. I had to clean myself. No real milk at the breakfast counter, tables still had chairs up. Just untidy and uncaring atmosphere.

This place was okay to stay at was a quick overnight trip so didn’t really sit in the room, the room was clean, staff was nice and area Wasn’t bad.

I did not like of the breakfast’s, They advertise being a continental breakfast, but the breakfast is very simple and still not in sufficient quantity.

We checked in at 3pm, and there was a window open in the room--- should have been a red flag. When returned to our room after midnight the room stunk so bad we had to leave
