"Staff was courteous and friendly, but we experienced several issues during our stay. We were informed at check-in that the elevator was out of order, and our original room was upstairs, which was not accessible for someone in our group. We were moved to a first-floor room, but the pull-out couch was missing sheets and blankets. The room was also missing basic items like a phone, clock, hangers, and bathroom cups. The handicapped parking space had not been plowed after the recent snowstorm, and there was dog waste nearby. Housekeeping did not service the room during our two-night stay, and the TV required repeated resetting to work. Overall, while the staff was polite, the stay was disappointing due to these issues."

"There was a snow storm and checkout was at 11 and no one was smart enough to have the parking lot plowed and I had to shovel myself out of the parking lot while the guy just sat at the door and watched me. And I ended up scratching up the side of my car trying to get out. Common sense isn’t so common anymore. "
