"I prepaid on Expedia and checked in early. When I arrived I was supposed to only have to pick up a key. The front desk asked me for my card again which I thought was odd since I prepaid. Since I’ve been home I now have not one but two additional charges for 3 nights on my card. So I have to be issued a new card and re set all my auto pays, in addition to filing two disputes. "

"Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We had our two small dogs with us, and we appreciated that our pet-friendly room was located very near the back entrance. It worked out great!!"

"Much cleaner than expected, only faucet in one room had toothpaste on it, otherwise really clean. Free breakfast includes cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels. It was pretty empty which was really nice and quiet. TV has all the apps. Got two rooms but it didn’t seem like they have the option of adjoining rooms. I would recommend as a cheap, clean stay for families."
