If the original reservation was not initially booked for a mobility access room, one could not be guaranteed. We have checked to ensure that all amenities are in working order. We apologize for not being able to deliver on that end but it is an area of concern we are quickly trying to address. Hi Jennifer,We understand you were not happy with the property. "Ronald" reminded you of the "cancellation policy", which with you did agree. Unfortunately, an immediate refund was not possible. You were also told that the property is non smoking. If the policy is broken and enough evidence is gathered, we can proceed to charge any violators any applicable fees. You were then offered several other rooms that were found to be more suitable. You refused. You were advised by "Ronald" that you were more than welcomed to call the police and report any complaints. The police could not issue you a refund and cannot involve themselves in civil matters. There have never been any "criminal complaints" or "criminal issues" with "Ronald", who was only stating the company policy and the policy of the third party. You were upset because an immediate refund was not possible. We understand your frustration and try our best to deliver to every guest, but in this situation you were uncooperative. Your call to the police was deemed unnecessary and the officers did not even bother to speak with the business. We wish you well and we do sincerely apologize if we could not deliver on your expectations.
