"I would not stay here again. It's hotel prices in the middle of Manchester without hotel facilities. You've got to check yourself in using a QR code. Then they insisted on seeing ID before they would let me have my key. I told the staff that it isn't mandatory to carry ID in the UK (im not against that by the way I just didn't have anything on me Barr my phone). "Room was filthy, dirt on floor. Towels were dirty. No staff around to complain too. No coffee or tea in room either! Definitely not family friendly. I was staying alone and would not recommend "

"Friendly staff were super helpful at check-in. Room large and clean, with very comfortable bed. Really quiet as well considering the hotel is on the airport site and 2 mins walk to terminal 2. I didn’t have the chance to try the pool or gym, but next time! "

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant."

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously.
