"We booked an excellency room to enjoy a private onsen. The room was wonderful with 2 beds and tatami mats for the kids. The couch that looks out over the bay is a wonderful place to relax. "Amazing stay, wish we'd stayed more than one night. Easy to get to with the train and shuttle bus, but I'd recommend sending your luggage ahead of time as the train and shuttle have limited space and get busy. Great buffet food, but limited vegetarian options for my wife."
