The hotel is in a magnificent location, on top of a very nice Italian restaurant, all facing the sea

Good location

Staff is very nice and helpful people. Thankful for each of them. Very convenient location, beach is across the hotel, countless eateries within, public transportation is 3 blocks away to visit around. Front desk also can help to call cab. Hotel getting old a bit, some maintenance might be helpful, like, gluing back peeling wallpapers, repainting rusting door frames, changing or redoing upholstery from stained chairs/armchairs, ripped towels etc. Other than that double pane windows blocks noise from outside, bathroom somewhat okay. Provided liquid hand soap and shampoo are very generous. I would stay there again for sure.

Super Lage- aber Gestank im Zimmer Nr. 103

Achtung: im Zimmer 103 stinkt es unglaublich! Das Hotel weis es, kann/will aber nichts dagegen tun. Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht wegen der Strandnähe. Eine zweite Nacht hätte ich in diesem Zimmer unter keinen Umständen verbracht. Ansonsten war der Standard des Zimmers einigermaßen in Ordnung, Der Strand, Cafés und Discos sind gleich vor dem Haus.

Die Hotel-Ausstattung ist sehr alt, das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bad läuft das Wasser aus und der Boden ist nass. Trotz Zimmerwechsel konnten die Mängel nicht beseitigt werden. Deshalb mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt hier abbrechen und in ein anderes Hotel wechseln.

Mükemmel manzara

Otel konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde Atakum sahil yoluna sıfır tüm odalar deniz manzaralı. Genel olarak odalar ferah ve güzel. Ancak otelde kullanılan havlu ve çarşaflar temiz olmasına rağmen bayağı eskiydi. Görevlikere söylediğimizde ilgilendiler ama daha dikkatli okmalı gerekir. Restoran kısmı tadilatta olduğu için otelin karlısında bulunan cafe de kahvaltı yaptık fena değildi. Sonuç olarak fiyat ve konum olarak tercih edilebilir bir otel.

Temizlik, ilgi ve alaka sıfır

Otele geç geleceğimizi bildirip gece 00:00 gibi giriş yaptık. Resepsiyondaki görevli zahmet edip odayı göstermek bile istemedi çünkü 4. kattaki 402 nolu odaya elinizdeki valizlerinizle 3 kat asansörle sonra 1 kat daha merdivenleri çıkarak ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odada 1 küçük şişe su yoktu ve hiç konulmadı. 3 günlük konaklama boyunca odaya girilip hiç temizlik yapılmadı, havlular değişmedi. Yırtık çarşaf, pas tutmuş kapı kolu ve musluk, lekeli duvarlar. Tuvalet/banyo kapısı bile kapanmıyor. Sadece uyumaya geleceğiz diye ve ödediğimiz parayı alamayacağımızı bildiğimiz için kimseye birşey demedik. Zaten konaklamamızın nasıl geçtiğini çıkarken bile soran olmadı. Güzel temizlik yorumlarına aldanarak yapmış olduğumuz bir rezervasyondu, tekrar tercih etmem. 3. geceyi odada uyuyacağıma araba içinde uyurum dedim ve sabah olmadan ayrıldım. Tek güzel yeri sahil karşısı ve manzarası.

Otelin yeri çok güzel. Atakum sahilinde ve kordon boyunda. Oda büyüklüğü idare eder. Ancak bakım konusunda eksiklikleri var. Klozet yerinden oynuyor, banyo eşiği de aynı şekilde. Ampullerde eksiklikler vardı. Çarşaflar nevresimler gayet temizdi ama ütüsüzdü. Personel nazik ancak formal giyimden uzaktı. Butik otelden ziyade eski usül bir pansiyon olarak düşünülmesi gereken bir tesis. Buna karşılık, konumu, plajı ve fiyatı göz önünde bulundurularak ve beklenti makul düzeyde tutularak konaklanabilir. Yaz için ekonomik deniz tatili seçeneği olarak düşünülebilir.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde banyo zeminin ıslaklığı ve banyodan gelen koku dikkatimizi çekti.banyoyu hiç kullanmamamıza rağmen sürekli ıslaktı,su kaçağı vardı.ertesi gün duş almak istedim ama duş başlıklarının da bozuk olduğunu anladım.ayrıca duş kabininin kapılarıda kırılmış kullanılamaz haldeydi.yorumlarda kahvaltısını övenler olmuş.bana mı denk geldi anlamadım ama kahvaltı vasat ötesi berbattı.çaylar sürekli soğuk geldi,yumurta kaynamaktan kararmış,çeşit ise zaten yoktu.odamızda klima kumandası dahi yoktu.resepsiyondan rica etmek durumunda kaldık.koridorlarda sürekli sigara kokusu vardı.ayrıca koridorlarda sürekli birilerinin sesleri vardı.kesinlikle aile için uygun değil.tek başına 1 günlük kalınacaksa düşünülebilir.olumlu tarafı çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve sahilde olmasıydı.onun dışında herşey sıkıntılıydı malesef...

Denizde yüzmek için ideal tatil yeri

Deniz kenarında yüzmek için ideal. En üst kat için asansör yoktu. Merdivenleri yürüyerek çıktık. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi.

Gayet başarılı

Bu fiyat aralığında gidilebilecek en güzel yerlerden başta gelir. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Bulunduğu konum itibariyle gece 12-1 saatlerine kadar ses gelebiliyor onun dışında hiçbir problem yaşamadık.
