"The location was good, the pricing was good, and it was very clean, but the site fell short in almost every other category. The section we were in was very new, but seemed very diy. The layout was very awkward and seemed like an afterthought. The lighting was terrible. Cute fixtures for task lighting, but lacking in overall lighting. There was a clothing rack, but no closet. "Poor service. Receptionist was reclining in the chair behind the desk on his phone. Continental breakfast included eggs, white toast and waffles. Everything else there was no supplies. No cereal, milk, sausage, brown bread, English muffins, bagels were all out of stock. "

"We stopped for me to work and unfortunately the internet was so extremely unstable that I had to use my own cell data for 6 hours. "

"Room was clean. Bed not the most comfortable but fine for a one night stay. Noisy people in middle of night in the hallway meant we didn't get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but the tables could have used a wipe down. One person was trying to do it all and he was struggling to keep up. Overall good for a quick one night stay on the road. "

When we got into room, we were pleased with how nice it was but The bathroom was on the smaller side. When we went to go and use the pool, the door stated to go and get towels at the front desk. When we went up to the front desk to get some towels, we were told that they were all out. We also went up to ask for extra bedding and pillows for the pull out couch and were told that they didn’t have...

"I stayed here last summer and was pleasantly surprised by their dock and private beach. I stayed again with my wife when I came to North Bay on business in winter. The staff are pleasant to deal with and the rooms are adequate. I tend to stay at more expensive hotels, but found the price/quality tradeoff to be quite good here. I will be back in the future."
