"A beautiful stay this hotel, I shall be returning in the future xx"

"The hotel condition is immaculate. The smell is amazing and you can definitely feel it is a 5 star hotel. The food is great as an all inclusive with a lovely massive pool. Room was clean and big. Waterpark next door is also wonderful. The staff were all very good and helpful. They made the stay special. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff and doorman"

"This was a clean, modern hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. We stayed one night to be near the airport for our early flight the next day. The large room was modern with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower. The staff arranged our early morning taxi ride to the airport and even prepared a little take away breakfast for us. "Excellent staff and very good place"

"Hotel Sofia in Marrakech We are very disappointed with the quality of our stay at your hotel. We paid 70 dollars for our room, expecting a comfortable stay for two people. However, the room and its facilities were far below our expectations. The problems included: we requested a double bed, but were given two separate beds, no refrigerator, no microwave, no hairdryer, no iron, the television was not working properly, and the room lacked proper maintenance. Considering the price we paid, we...
