"The apartment is very nice but some issues made our stay not excellent:
1. The owner's communication was bad for the first 2 days. He sent us an email with instructions but there was no phone number to communicate so when we replied with some questions ( like what is the wifi password, it took him more than24 hrs to answer)
2. There isn’t enough hot water for a family to take a shower at a time.
3. They provided the exact amount of towels and bed sheets… so if you need a clean towel, it’s your...
"Fantastic 5 star hotel,, not far from Town Centre, spotlessly clean and very good front desk. Lovely Gardens that are immaculately kept. Breakfast was good but could be more fruit choice and staff in breakfast a bit more friendly, otherwise a great 4 night stay "
"The hotel does not inform you that access to the hotel requires a very steep climb. This was not easy with luggage. They should disclose this for folks who are handicapped or elderly."
"Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

"We needed a hotel last minute (booked night prior) needing an overnight stay while sightseeing. The one photo online looked like there was a decent view, so decided to book it. Upon arrival in the area, and realizing we were on top of the world was when we first realized this hotel was something special.
This place is absolutely incredible. We stayed mid September so I believe there were maybe 2 or 3 other guests. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Its a newer property so...
"I LOVED staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room comfortable and quiet. It's close to everything and very convenient to shopping and dining. Staying in the Castro is highly recommended. "

One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer. "
" Small country hotel with spa available for guests. Convenient location just NW of Ioaninna and offering a lake view. Clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning in July. Courteous staff provided a nice breakfast overlooking lake but charged extra for coffee."
