"The owner checked us in. He suggested a great place to eat. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Found clothes from previous guests in our room. Cable TV was not working properly. Breakfast was ok. Overall…ok price for the 12 hours we were there."

"We loved our visit and can't wait to go back. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and could not be any nicer, she is a great asset! "

"The lodge was difficult to find in the commercial area, even though I had the address, I couldn't see a sign for the lodge itself. I had to call the desk, give my location, and get directions to the lodge, which was close, but I couldn't tell which building. There was lots of parking space."

"Great place"

"Great location and easy access to trails and food."

"Excellent, clean and comfortable…"

"Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again."

"Absolutely loved this property. It was clean and cozy and worked perfectly for what we needed. It was 10 minutes from downtown. "
