Basement in Aspen

Nothing in the booking or description notified us that the room was in a basement. Not a walk-out, mind you but a full well below grade basement. We're surrounded by a beautiful valley and fall colors; and no exterior views. And we had to walk thru the service corridor to get to our car, jockeying around laundry carts and cleaning staff. Beyond disappointed...

The Innsbruck

My husband and I LOVED this place. The one bedroom, large living area including kitchen and large bathroom was beautiful!! Gas fireplace in our living area and a beautiful separate guest lounge with free coffee 24/7 was wonderful. The staff could not be more pleasant and accommadating. There was a car shuttle where a staff member would transport you to anywhere you desired. Can't wait to go back!!!

Fabulous place to stay!

We biked to Woody Creek, and hiked Maroon Bells to view the aspens. The staff at the Innsbruck was fantastic. They even provided Mountain Bikes and Helmets!

Insbruck inn

The hotel was very cozy and restful. A great location a few blocks away from downtown Aspen. The staff was amazingly friendly and made you feel very welcomed.
