Although they are aware of their false advertising, they don’t even try to do anything to make a customer happy you’re just supposed to put up with it."

The building is falling apart, the facilities are terrible, linen and towels are not clean. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I attempted a cup of tea for breakfast. To countertop was full of bugs crawling all over the place. While the staff were friendly and tried to help, this is not a facility that they can solve. I stayed here with my family. My brother’s room had a live wire hanging in the bathroom. This is not a hotel. Spend a little more and stay more central in Abuja for a better experience. "
