"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. They have 2 hotels both exactly the same at 2 locations that's why photos are the same. "NOTHING........I actually CAN NOT believe you people represent this hell hole. I will be putting it all over social media how shocking everything was! Nothing like the pictures at all. No towels, No toilet paper, no clean linen, filthy, disgusting even bathroom. Shocking unfriendly management and no working fridge. That Expedia actually represents them is shocking you should be embarrassed. I let yesterday at 12. I sat at airport till my flight at 1:30 this morning. My money should be reimbursed on property burnt to the ground. "
