"Not worth the expense"

"The online photo is very deceiving. This place looks quite run down when you pull in. Could use a face lift for the price and location"

"This is one of two great budget hotels in Ashland It is clean, the bed is comfortable, the room has a fridge and microwave. I feel safe staying here and I sleep well."

"Near downtown"

"Rooms are clean and have window ac units. Bathroom is a decent size and shower is amply large. Free parking available. No housekeeping offered for first four days and rarely is anyone in the office. Desk area is useful and there is an extension cord with multiple outlets by the desk."

"Charming room, charming hosts"

"Clean room, staff, breakfast"
