"So on arrival I was early but greeted with a great smile. Offered to look after my luggage prior to being able to get my room. Great hotel. Short walk from Central railway and into the centre. The outside does not do it justice..Shown personally to my room as there was a problem with my room card. Room was great. Not a lot of feedback I can give really apart from every time I walked past reception I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. This is massive for a guest. Thank You. Love the footwear (pumps) too...Nice mix of smart/casual. Well done.."

"it was really relaly good. super comfy bed, and lovely rooms. Only complaint, my friend who was styaing in another room was woken by a cleaner vacuuming at 6am! But that didn't happen to me, so my stay was perfect!"

"We have overnighted at this hotel several times. Always well appointed, clean with great facilities and excellent catering. On this occasion, I have downgraded some of my answers because we were looking forward to dinner but there were 2 groups in the dining room alongside others. Unfortunately, the groups were enjoying themselves but were making so much noise that my wife and I could not hear each other or what the waiters were saying to us. We asked to be moved but there was nowhere to go! Thanks to a very helpful receptionist we had a tray in our room. Not the evening dinner we had looked forward to. I suggest that the hotel consider placing groups in a separate area to other diners. No attempt was made in politely asking the groups to tone down their conversation and laughter to enable other diners to enjoy their dinner. It is obvious to me that groups will need to throw their voices in order to reach each other and is a very valid reason for suggesting that such groups are separated from other diners."

"The rooms are large, clean and basic, there is no real closet, only a rack. The views could use some work (basic landscaping). If you are not from Germany or France, please remember to bring an adaptor as the hotel does not carry any. Mine was left at the airport, luckily one the staff was kind enough to lend me hers. Iron and ironing boards are by request only. Munster is not that big so the location was convenient."
