"We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!"

"Dusty room in areas. Rubbish behind bedside cabinet. Couldn’t get to plug easily to charge my phone as it was behind the cabinet and when pulled out there was thick dust and rubbish behind it. No deep clean for a long time. Dirty windows, old cobwebs around it. Pool was not in use so very disappointed as we had stayed there for this reason. "

"Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%"

"L’endroit étais vraiment paisible. C’etais mignon et confortable, coller au McDonald et a un depaneur. Il y a aussi des distributeurs dans l’hôtel et pour ce rendre au village sa se fait bien à pied avec une belle vu sinon il y a une bus au heure qui passe:)"

"Facile d'accès et sécuritaire, dommages que le check-in se fasse à 15h. Les chambres sont très propre, dommage que la lampe de la salle de bain fasse un bourdonnement désagréable. Petit déjeuner continental excellent et très bon service!"
