"I loved the property, the staff, the amenities everything was top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing I will say is there were a lot of young teenage Americans who were completely disrespectful, drunk at all times, loud, screaming through the halls at 2:00-3:00 in the morning, and while I understand it is hard for the hotel to do anything about this, there have to be some rules in place out of respect for the other paying guests. In many cases, the parents were there and nothing was said or done. I felt sorry for the security guards around the pool that had a little or no control over that behavior, but I believe rules have to be put in place and enforced. Every guest paid money to enjoy a vacation at that resort, but unfortunately this type of thing can result in people booking elsewhere. While I realize parents need to do better, the resort must also have rules and guidelines. Aside from that, I loved the Bacelo property and all that it had to offer.."
