This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision.
The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is...

"Super landscaped gardens with hot tub and tennis court set in countryside location with mountain backdrop. We stayed in comfy well equipped 2 bedroom appartment. Spotlessly clean with two outside decks."

"It’s basic but clean & tidy & no house keeping for shorter stays. Access could be a problem for some, good location very quiet"

"Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience.
Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point."
