Cut Corners on Cleanliness
"The room was spacious and comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean. Upon settling into our room, it became clear that the floors had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There was a CHEESE-IT on the floor and it was not from us. Also the shower drain in the tub was FULL of hair. Ewww"
