"The property is situated on top of the hill. The view is absolutely beautiful! Our room was simple but very clean and full of all the necessities. The owner was very nice and helpful. The food was tasty! We spent some time in the pool; it is clean and warm. We would be happy to come back! "

"This is a very nice budget hotel not far from the airport. The property is spread across several houses with amazingly well-kept grounds full of roses. The staff is extremely helpful. They offer a free shuttle from the airport and were able to pick me up in the middle of the night. Their coffee is so amazing! The room and the bathroom is well-appointed and clean. I would stay there again."

"This is a great resort with amazing kind staff. It has two pools. The indoor pool is open all year and the water is nice and warm. You can do lap swimming in one section and chill in the other. It has a Sauna, tons of gym equipment including table tennis tablesbl, exercise bikes etc. The cafe is open from 9 to 9 weekdays and 10 AM to 9 PM on weekends. They got fresh carrot, strawberry, kiwi etc. smoothies. The rooms are super clean and they provide room service each day with a full size fridge...

"The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. "I had a very disappointing experience at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt very cheap and located in a poor area. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. They were also irresponsible about receiving packages — they refused to help with a package that arrived after checkout.
