"I had a problem with Expedia, not Comfort Inn. Expedia said check-in was 11:00 A.M., and I planned my day around that, but upon arrival I was told I could not check in until 3:00 P.M., leaving me with 4 wasted hours and no place to go. Staff was courteous and helpful, though I was a bit put off by interacting with someone on a screen (were they on the property??) versus someone at the front desk. But they were helpful, the room was fine, the breakfast was decent, and the stay was pretty pleasant."

"First of all - no elevator. Whether booked on first floor or second, you have to do stairs. The room was spacious and spotless, which I loved! There was little to no water pressure - terrible shower! Toilet and sink were super low. Kind of a strange setup. Beds and pillows were GREAT!! Continental breakfast? Not so much."
