Ainda há muitos pontos a melhorar.
Pontos positivos:
- Está localizado em uma região calma e silenciosa, próximo à Praia dos Anjos e do centro da cidade.
- O café da manhã é de boa qualidade, embora a todo instante faltem pratos, talheres, etc.
- Os funcionários são solícitos.
Pontos negativos:
- Não há local adequado para retirar as malas na porta do hotel. É uma rua de mão dupla com parada proibida e sem qualquer recuo.
- O trinco da porta do banheiro batia no blindex do box podendo causar um acidente.
- Não havia uma única cadeira ou mesa no quarto.
- A limpeza dos quartos ocorre só a cada 3 dias.
- O acesso aos canais de TV só através da Internet bastante precária.
- A cama é boa, mas os travesseiros deixam a desejar.
- Não havia secador de cabelo no quarto nem disponível na Recepção.
