Goede accommodatie voor een week of enkele dagen wintersport. Voor een 4-sterren hotel-club adviseer ik enkele verbeterpuntjes. Te weten een apres ski snack en drankje na een hele dag skiën bij de bar in de namiddag voor de gasten. Glaasje Gluhwein in het weekend bijvoorbeeld. Ook het avondbuffet heeft bij de voorgerechten meer aandacht nodig omdat er dagelijks maar 1 speciaal voorgerechtje was. Dat zouden er meerdere mogen zijn. Ook jammer dat de raclette kaas als special in het hoofdgerecht ontbreekt.

Durschnittlich gut

Überall unsere Aufethalt war sehr angenehm. Wir waren positiv überascht wie viel Auswahl zum Frühstück gab mit kalte und warme Speisen und der Bar hat uns gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und effektiv. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Sauberkeit und Zimmerservice. Die Kafemaschine war nicht von alten Kapseln geleert, die Tassen waren nicht vollständing am ersten Tag und wurden nicht einmal ersetzt nach dem wir sie benutzt haben und auch der Boden im Bad war nicht gewischt.

Zimmer war nur für 2 Personen eingerichtet, obwohl für 3 gebucht worden ist. Bademantel usw. bekamen wir nicht zusätzlich. Wasser im innen Pool sehr kalt. Parkplatz draussen wurde erst um 9Uhr aufgeschlossen trotz mehreren Gästen, welche mit dem Auto wegfahren wollten auf die Skipisten. Frühstücks buffet sehr gut

Alles dabei

Super Hotel zum Skifahren. Alle dabei: Skipass, Transfer, Mittagessen an der Mittelstation, wer es will: Skikurs. Wenn man alles in Anspruch nimmt, ist es ein gutes Angebot. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Club war sehr angenehm ! Leider fehlte vollkommen das Animationsprogramm was ich vom Robinsonclub her kenne! Die Mitarbeiter der Bar taten ihr bestes! Leider hat uns der Pub -Service an der Bar nicht so gefallen ! Man müsste sich die Getränke selbst an der Bar bestellen ? Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren sehr speditiv und das Essen sehr gut. Am besten waren die Mitarbeiter an der Reception (Diana). Die Zimmer sollten ein Facelift bekommen. Aber was ich sagen muss ist das,das Preisleistungsverhaltniss perfekt ist !

Ein gediegenes Clubhotel

Das Hotel bietet allen Komfort eines 4* Hotels in modernem Design, gemütliche Bar, gediegener kleiner Nightclub und schönem SPA, Hallenbad, Sauna, Fitnessraum. Sonnenterrasse mit Schlechtwetterzelt. Für Skifahrer, Snowboarder oder Spaziergänger besteht die Möglichkeit sich einer Gruppe mit Begleitung (Robin/Ski-Snowboard-Instruktor) anzuschliessen. Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen werden als Buffet (nach Themen) angeboten. Im Winter eigenes Restaurant für Clubgäste auf dem Berg bei der Gondel-Mittelstation. Auswahl reichhaltig. Tischwein, Tafelwasser und Bier sind eingeschlossen. Möglichkeit an Gruppentischen oder an 2er/4er Tischen zu sitzen. Abends und zeitweise Tagsüber dezente Animation, kurze Shows. Es gibt im Club keine Kinderanimation, entsprechend ist es ruhig. Shuttletransfer tagsüber vom Bahnhof/Bergbahn Obersee zum Club. Wunderbarer Service. Skipass eingeschlossen, W-Lan funktioniert prima. Möglichkeit einfach und zwanglos Leute kennenzulernen. Ein Grossteil der Gäste kommt aus Deutschland. - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Angenehmes Hotel in schöner Lage

Wir wurden pünktlich am Bahnhof vom Hotelbus abgeholt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles ist bestens organisiert, so dass wir einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht haben. Wir hatten eine nette Skigruppe und unser Skilehrer Robert war ausgesprochen kompetent und motiviert (u.a. Videoanalyse), so dass der Skikurs nicht nur Spaß gemacht hat, sondern uns auch wieder etwas weiter gebracht hat.
