"Une personne de l'accueil désagréable à notre arrivee à 9h30 car les chambres étaient données à 15h seulement. Sinon tout était parfait. Chambre de 80m² en duplex avec terrasse à l'étage. Personnel de ménage très courtois. Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable. Choix important au buffet le matin. Piscine chauffée. Personnel du SPA très gentil. Le point noir 40€ de parking pour la semaine. Très compliqué de se garer aux alentours...prévoir 20 mn pour aller à pieds au bord de mer dans la...

"Tutto bene, lo consiglio, anche se qualche dettaglio si può migliorare. Personale gentile e simpatico. Si trova a Guaza, vicino Los Cristianos con bus (imparate come funzionano) passano spesso in tutte le direzioni. Colazione non provata"

"Our first visit to Tenerife and this hotel was marvellous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, we paid for the larger patio with pool on the patio - this was cold which was a little disappointing. Though there is a tap to add water, most of the time it only offered cold/cool water. The pool may have heated more on other patios that received more sun but ours was in shade except for a 1-2 hrs/day. Close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, nightlife and there is a long boardwalk...

Despite a few niggles I'm really happy with the resolve from the owners and I think this place is excellent value, probably one of the best value properties in Los Cristianos within walking distance of everything.
