"Overall, the property was in good condition and appeared well maintained. Since the check-in process is entirely self-service, I ran into an issue when my key set did not include the main door entrance key. Fortunately, a staff member was available to assist me; otherwise, I would have been locked out. "Staff were so friendly! I was half an hour early for check in and only came in to ask about the car if I could leave it there to grab some lunch but they allowed me to check in early and sign the tablet for my car! I will definitely be coming again. Breakfast was lovely too. Taking the order whilst going in to grab some continental. Very quick service with hot food."

"Close to airport, has a shuttle. Early breaand shuttles super convenient. Rooms were newly renovated and beautiful. Hallways still had older carpet but clean. Staff super helpful!"

"Having parking was a huge benefit, the high street does get busy so knowing it wasn't going to be an issue is great. The breakfast was lovely, nice amount of choice and the full cooked breakfast was huge! We didn't get a chance to have a coffee in the cafe but the homemade cakes and biscuits looked delicious. Check in and check out was smooth and quick. We were in room 86 and the windowsill needs a bit of maintenance and the room could do with a freshen up but the room was clean and the bed...

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

"Right next to the airport was a plus for me. The space was open and modern on the first floor, where the reception, bar and restaurant shared the same space. The room could have used a refrigerator, but it was spacious and comfortable."

"Good location for getting into Edinburgh and surrounding areas, golf course looks very well maintained. Bathrooms could do with some modernisation (shower screens would be better than curtains!!). Limited menu choices plus ordered same sandwich in 2 different bars and were completely different - better in Cocktail bar!!"

"Nice size room. Great location to catch a bus to old Edinburgh. Nice bar/lounge area. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Great little oasis by the airport. Chose this based on closeness to the airport for leaving the next day, only 5-10 min. Great location, quiet, and the grounds around were very nice. Easy parking on-site. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only issue is there is no lift and had to use stairs. Restaurant was very nice and breakfast was good. If you like wine, they have a great selection. Nice place, would highly recommend."

"Apex was great. Right in the heart of Edinburgh and easily walkable to the sites. Bars are outside so a little loud late evening but not horrible. Would stay here again."
