"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. "We had a comfortable stay at Upper House and slept well. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we also had dinner during our visit, the food was lovely and a real highlight. However, the room cleanliness was fairly basic and could be improved. The staff were polite but didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Little George! Geoff was super kind and helpful, showed us to our room. The room was lovely and spacious and very clean, lovely bathroom with a big shower (the included toiletries smelled amazing too!). "We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. "
