May I suggest that in the future you speak with reception staff to address the issue immediately as it makes it very difficult for us to follow up any issues when not addressed at the time of stay. We may have been able to move and or upgrade your stay :)

We're so sorry that this caused such an inconvenience to you. Our website has directions and encourages guests to use google maps rather than their in car GPS as it is more updated. Our local council is working on this issue as they've also had a number of complaints in regards to the matter and are possibly planning on renaming the road.
