"Nice hotel, clean beds. What didn’t like is no one cleans the room until you check out. No clean towels, no vacuuming and kids run up and down the halls. The hotel needed an update and a few repairs but it wasn’t bad for a short stay."

"Pool was cold, the night staff was wonderful- the morning front desk worker called us twice because our kids were running in our room- at 8 am- but our room us above the office, which they put us in that room- we were only disturbing her, so that was annoying. Also the lobby and hallways smelled very strongly of weed due to some other guest smoking off the balcony. "

"This was the second time we stayed here. Everything and everyone was top notch. There was a lot people this last time. But you would not have known. So peaceful."

"The room was clean, but the sink didn't drain. Bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. An hour prior to checkout a staff member opened the door, did not knock, and said hello and the left. I went to look who came by and I could see the lady walking down the hall. I wasn't about to shout down the hall to see what she needed. They also tack on an automatic charge of $16 per day at checkout. I've stayed here before and after the renovations. The cleanliness has not changed, but the character is gone. Honestly, it just felt like a standard chain hotel. I like to stay there because of the security, but after a staff member opened my door without knocking, I'll try a different hotel next time. I did notify them at checkout and about the sink, the response was dismissive."

"I had to cancel reservation at the time of check-in because their pool and hot tub were closed- for 3 weeks! I had to find another accommodation same day. Would’ve been nice to get a call ahead of check-in to inform me of the facilities being closed. "
