"It's a unique older property that has a lot of character and interesting decor. The room I got on arrival wasn't clean, hair and wet, and on subsequent days the cleaning was subpar, eg. Still toothpaste in the sink, but they gave me more towels and water. When I did talk to the property they tried to fix things asap. The room I had, had a musty smell coming from the washroom.
