"We stayed in a suite room. The room itself and the breakfast were both very good. However, we specifically booked the suite because it was advertised as being available as a twin room. Instead, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a single king-size mattress topper. When I raised this issue, the staff were polite and friendly, but we were told that no changes could be made. I found this difficult to understand, as it seemed that simply changing the mattress...

"Siamo stati 2 notti e comodissima la posizione affianco alla metro che porta in poco tempo a quella centrale. Fra l altro una delle metro tutte dipinte. Vicino anche alla fermata del treno 41 che proviene da vicino aeroporto incluso nell abbonamento SL. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita e buona per il salato, praticamente assente il dolce, salvo un paio d tipo d muffin vegani e poi solo dei mini croissant nn tipici e neache d qualità, hanno tanti buoni dolci tipici...

"Molto pulito, camera con tutto il necessario, colazione semplice ma varia, sia dolce che salata. Check-in automatico perfetto (arrivati la sera tardi) con le istruzioni via messaggio. Personale gentile e disponibile il mattino dopo. Possibile lasciare i bagagli in deposito prima di partire. Un po' distante dalla stazione."
