Oh my goodness, myself and my husband cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the food, ambiance and hotel/room was more than perfect. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous!
Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite.
Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special.
Great pool area too.
If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be.
The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too.
The restaurant had a good menu for lunches. We didn't go in the evenings, so I don't know about the menu for that.

We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. E by the hustle and bustle, 'subs this is not the hotel for you. The interior is amazing. The food is nice. We had spa treatments, which were great. They really do look after you. Even room service, when we ordered food it was no longer than 15 minutes. Beautiful grounds including hammock sun beds where you can lounge away from the pool and everybody and read or...

Stylish spa hotel, with great accommodation and beautifully manicured gardens. Even has its own man made beach in the grounds in addition to the pool area. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Standard of cleanliness is very high. Food is very good, especially the Fusion restaurant. Breakfast buffet has a stunning choice, and the pool bar is great for drinks and snacks during the day. This hotel is a gem. We have been going there for years and shall be returning again. As soon as you step in this place, you enter a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. The grounds are stunning, the staff are great (from people at the reception to the buggie lads, to the breakfast team). We are made feel very welcome from beginning to the end. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is sensational. I LOVE this place. This is the only place we holiday to since we...

We stayed for 7 days at Vila Petra in January and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located at the less busy end of the Strip and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant.
The check-in was effortless and quick, and the email communication before arrival was helpful. The room was good in size with two single beds put together, a sofa (which could be changed to a sofa bed), a dining table with chairs, a separate well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The covered balcony looked over...

The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! Roof top bar was lovely. Really nice local Italian five mins walk away called Il Borgo. There was also a nice beach restaurant accesible out of the back of the hotel down a boardwalk but it closed at 6. Local beach also lovely. We had a lovely lunch there. Car not needed if you just want to stay at the...

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the main reason is the fantastic staff. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a good position, with amazing views. The food in the bar is wonderful. We’ll definitely e back!

Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

Started in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool. The apartments are great.
Good points: Lots of space, an extremely well equipped kitchen, clean, largeTV & a DVD player, apartments generally finished to a high standard, no shortage of sun loungers at pool, secure car park, good wifi.
Bad points: very few but little sun on balcony if overlooking the pool, only 1 sun lounger on balcony, hard beds.

Very high standard of service. Simple but high quality rooms with extremely comfortable 5 star standard beds, pillows and sheets. The restaurant is surprisingly good and they cater for gluten intolerances. You can use the beach shuttle from the Hilton across the road to the gorgeous Falesia beach with beach club. As a single traveller I felt very welcome here and liked the quiet pool area. Reception staff are charming and helpful. Very good value and well located hotel.

Lovely hotel with a boutique vibe. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and a special mention to the wonderful gentleman that served at the bar.
