Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location was brilliant with incredible views of the river. It was just a short stroll to the shops, restaurants, and the casino. The nighttime views of the city were stunning, and seeing the hot air balloons rise in the morning was an absolute treat. We had a fantastic stay—thank you!

The location is superb with public transportation, shopping and eateries all within easy walking distance.
Our 1BR apartment is spacious with lots of storage space and is exactly like what was shown in the website. The kitchenette is useful for preparing light meals.
Bathroom came equipped with a washing machine and extra toilet rolls were provided in an upper cabinet. Clean bath towels and toiletries are available upon request similarly with housekeeping.
The only complaint we have is the hot water which is difficult to regulate.
