Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert. Bad/Toilette architektonisch leider eine kleine Katastrophe. "

"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels, chicken mc nuggests and fries every day as the kids wont make it up so late. with a super high room rate we felt fairly frustrated. "So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). The pool is small but just fine! Sauna was good. We ended up staying longer than we thought and once we were moved to a room with screens on the windows, it was a perfect stay. "Comfortable stay in a cozy cottage. The room is equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is very good. We also had a nice dinner in the hotel pizzeria with an affordable price. The only disappointment is a pool. It is small and crowded, and water is too warm."
