O Hotel é confortável. Dentro do mesmo estacionamento do RioMar Shopping, o que é muito conveniente. Longe da praia. Precisei mudar de quarto, pois era virado para a avenida e o som dos carros e motos atrapalham o sono. Sugiro pedir um quarto para a parte de trás do hotel, virado para o mangue.

Fui cobrado em diária sem prestação de qualquer serviço ou, ao menos, possibilidade de eventual negociação, após problemas alheios à minha vontade. Insensibilidade e desproporcionalidade evidente, o que trouxe enorme desconforto à nossa estadia em Aracajú. Péssima impressão do estabelecimento e descortesia reinante.

Com o tempo piorou.

Era um dos meus hotéis favoritos. Dessa vez achei a recepção bem desagradável, reservei o quarto pra 2 pessoas e deixaram tudo no quarto como se fosse pra 1. As cortesias reduziram com o tempo. As coisas ao invés de melhorarem, regrediram. Pretendo não voltar mais.
