"We loved our stay at Salt! The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The bus pass for local transportation was appreciated. The ability to leave our luggage after checkout was much appreciated. Finally, the free washer and dryer was a unexpected surprise. I would recommend Salt Townhouse to anyone traveling to this Austria location. "

"The staff were friendly and happy to allow us to leave our bags when we arrived early. Very comfortable and spacious junior suite with a view to the Eagle's Nest on a clear day. It was no problem for us, but be aware that whilst the Expedia entry says there is a lift in the building, that is only reached after a dozen or so stairs up to reception and then the same again with quite a distance to walk to the lift on the...

"Explorer Hotel Berchtesgaden exceeded our expectations. The rooms -- with all having an amazing view -- provides a very efficient use of space. The breakfast buffet is outstanding -- offering an array of delicious items. And the service staff was top notch. And you can't find a better location to the popular attractions. Bus line 840 and 843 is a quick 10-minute trip from the Berchtesgaden train station. And the boat ride and Jennerbahn are 1 and 2 bus stops respectively. If you are an active...
